Do you offer commission work?
EdiiArtwork is currently not accepting commission work. My focus is on honoring and prioritizing my creative process, which can take anywhere from weeks to months to complete an artwork. Commissions do not usually align with this method, so at this time, I do not offer that service.
How do I purchase artwork?
Our ordering process is simple and user-friendly. Select the artwork you love, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and voilà! Your artwork will soon grace your walls, bringing beauty and inspiration to your space.
How long does shipping take?
We are pleased to offer shipping to all destinations across the United States. Additionally, for our customers in the DFW metroplex, we provide local delivery to select areas. Enjoy the convenience of receiving your orders right at your doorstep!Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive updates on your shipping and delivery status via email. Thank you for your patience!
Return Policy
Our refund policy guarantees that the artwork you purchase will arrive damage-free. If you receive damaged artwork, please reach out to us within 7 days of arrival to discuss your options. Depending on the circumstance, partial refunds may be issued. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help.
Do you offer full refunds?
Due to the extensive time and effort involved in creating each painting, as well as the high-quality materials utilized, we are unable to offer full refunds. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which ensures that every piece meets our standards of excellence. Please note that this policy does not apply to all situations, as damaged items are addressed through a different process.
